I called for a water pressure issue for a tenant that lives in Rosamond. I randomly called Econo and they sent a plumber out that called me to explain the issue and how he could resolve it. It was a 2 part issue and I had to reschedule for the 2nd half of the repairs. He even had to come back to the property at 10pm and I have to say he was very responsive and completed his work. Very quick to respond. The technician was very respectful and knowledgeable about the system he serviced. I would definitely refer them to others!

Outstanding customer service but Todd said he cant find anything wrong with my Air conditioner, I know the down stairs doesn't seem to work as strong as it use too, frustrating somethings wrong but no result in the end. However I would much rater be told nothings wrong then be swindled out of thousands, but still frustrated in the end. Thanks for the quick, friendly and on time service.

Econo West has been very good to me. they not only got to me as fast as possible they gave a little wiggle room when i was pressed between a rock and a hard spot. Thank you for your kindness and I cant wait till I can finish getting my ducks in a roe and get my new unit. shop local keep America and the A.V. alive. Mary

Professional, prompt, and good follow-through. They came when they said, performed the work efficiently and effectively and sent the report the same day. I had two questions and had the answers almost immediately. Very happy with Econo West!

Econo West replaced a thermostat yesterday. After the replacement they checked out the system, replaced the filter in a very professional manner. Many thanks. I will recommend them to anybody.
