I was very satisfied with the service I received from Geoff on 11/13/15. However the problem was not solved. I had to go back through AHS and they would not approve me calling you back before they used one of their companies. Thank you for your prompt reply in as much it was in the 20's here that week.

They called before they came so I knew when they were there. They changed the filter and programed my thermostat. Was glad that they were able to do this since I couldn't figure it out.
