I've been using Econo West for a number of years to service, summerize and winterize my swamp cooler. Their technicians come when they're supposed to, work efficiently and never make a mess.. They are always pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the calls from the company to find out if I'm ready to turn on the cooler or turn it off---their reminders are always timely. I intend to continue using Econo West from now on. They're the best!

After21 yrs my A/C finialy went out so I called A few different Co. to get est. on a complete system A/C heat & ducts I went with Econo west because of Dan Richtertal He made us feel very confendent in what thay were going to do & was the only tech that came out that offered to protect our floors as he went into the attic to see what needed to be done they completed the job in 1 day cleaned and sweept everything even my driveway. Tod called first before he came. He was prompt and did a great job checking the furnace. He was courteous and polite.

I had my heater inspected yesterday, 10/12/2015. The technician was punctual, neat, friendly and helpful. I hope it gets cold enough so I need to use my heater!

I love to support local businesses, and Econowest makes it easy to feel good about using a local company. We bought a new air con. from them a few years ago and were happy with the installer, the equipment, and the price. Earlier this year it stopped working!! Econowest sent out a repair guy who diagnosed it was just a blown fuse...we did have to pay for the service call, but at least it seemed to be a minor fix. Flash forward to today -- we have replaced that same fuse like 5 times!! so we called them out again to see what ... read more

I am very happy with the services provided by Econ West. I placed the service call at night around almost 6:00 pm and first thing in the morning the tech was there to diagnose the problem. Eddie, the technician was superb. He is one the most enthusiastic and positive person I've ever met on the phone. He clearly explained the AC problem to me. He fixed it what other tech could not fix.
