Ed was instrumental in administering our building loan, and also converted this into a permanent mortgage once the home was ready to occupy. For nearly a year Ed worked with us to push everything forward to a successful conclusion. He helped us navigate all the loan paperwork and took care of many details that had to be addressed throughout the process.
