Efficient and fast!
Ed was instrumental in administering our building loan, and also converted this into a permanent mortgage once the home was ready to occupy. For nearly a year Ed worked with us to push everything forward to a successful conclusion. He helped us navigate all the loan paperwork and took care of many details that had to be addressed throughout the process. It can be complicated to build a home starting with only a piece of land and we are grateful for all his help and advice.
