It was really inconvenient when absolutely no one was willing to help us out and move the closing date back 5 days while I was out of town working. My wife is pregnant and a teacher so she has limited days she can take off from work and has to save them for doctors appointments, and I work 5 hours away from home. Everyone just expected me to drive home for the day to sign papers so people could get paid, and it was a very frustrating process.

Chris Gilbert with VIP was awesome to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and was always available for questions. I would recommend working with Chris to all my friends and family. Once it got to the side for underwriting/funding Ed and his team were not so helpful. Questions we had received vague answers, or we were told they were not available to discuss or change info. Appraisal that we paid $895 for had wrong address.
