We have a non standard situation and I really appreciate that Ed made it possible for us to build our house the way we want it to and not the way we have to due to standard guidelines. We’re looking forward to live in a unique and high quality house instead of a giant box mad of ticky tacky that looks the same as all the others.

I came away from the experience feeling threatened. I still feel very uneasy about the whole transaction....mainly due to a misunderstanding on my part and how that was handled. Ed Dermody was great. But I didn't have as comfortable of an experience with some of the other staff.
