This was our first time at Ed Shults of Warren, and we had a wonderful experience! Troy Berg was fantastic to work with…we never felt pressured or rushed, and he offered us various choices to make it comfortable for us. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Troy helped to make it a pleasant (and fun) experience. His Sales Manager, Cory Blake, was also great when helping us with the finance part of the transaction. I have been buying vehicles from Shults for at least 25 years. I have bought more than twelve cars there over the years. Though I cannot say that I was always totally happy with the deals that I got from them, they have always tried to make it right. You definitely can work with them. I try to form relationships with companies that I buy from and I like to return to them because when you have a long history companies appreciate it and Shults is no exception.
