RecommendedShaun is always courteous. We have an older subaru that needed some tlc. After some unexpected issue, they shuttled us home, which is a long way away. The issue was resolved and we were able to pick up next day.

This was our first time at Ed Shults of Warren, and we had a wonderful experience! Troy Berg was fantastic to work with…we never felt pressured or rushed, and he offered us various choices to make it comfortable for us. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Troy helped to make it a pleasant (and fun) experience. His Sales Manager, Cory Blake, was also great when helping us with the finance part of the transaction. Several of our family members have dealt with Troy (in the past), and we are glad that we followed their lead.... read more
