RecommendedService department was great. Back ordered parts was not great but that is on the corporation not the dealer.

Shane has been very helpful - particularly in working to accommodate the 48+ mile drive I have to make to get my vehicle serviced. Ed Shults of Warren is awesome they took care of my mom with a transmission issue when she was in tears. Adam, Shane, Howard are all top notch. I can’t speak for all the sales department but Troy Berg was awesome on our dealings. I will 100% go back I was raised in a independent repair shop body shop I have never been a huge fan of the dealer. I can 100% say Ed Shults of Warren is the best around.

I have NEVER liked working with car dealerships in any way. Ed Schults of Warren has changed this for me! I went for an oil change this week and was treated with such kindness by Adam D. at the desk. They were done with the oil change and tire rotation in record time! When they were done Adam came out, chatted with me a moment and showed me where my car was parked!!
