All the staff is super nice, and helpful! They found me a car that is reliable, and a perfect fit for me! The automotive department is just as helpful! Service department was great. Back ordered parts was not great but that is on the corporation not the dealer.
This was our family's 4th Subaru purchase. Art was great!!! The service department has always treated us great as well!!! We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am quite pleased with the service that I receive from Ed Shults of Warren. Shane has been very helpful - particularly in working to accommodate the 48+ mile drive I have to make to get my vehicle serviced. Schedules are always made with consideration for the drive and I thoroughly appreciate the speed with which my services are performed. Ed Shults of Warren is awesome they took care of my mom with a transmission issue when she was in tears. Adam, Shane, Howard are all top notch. I can’t speak for all the sales department but Troy Berg was awesome on our dealings. I will 100% go back I was raised in a independent repair shop body shop I have never been a huge fan of the dealer. I can 100% say Ed Shults of Warren is the best around.
