don’t move here Charged wayyyyyy to much for rent. Dirty won’t make repairs. Bug everywhere. Stray cats everywhere. Pools never open. Fitness never open very small. And charged one the 3rd day $30 and $5 everyday after late on rent. Wish I never moved here.

Find somewhere else ! It’s a waste of time and money ! Believe every review about bugs! They do not care one bit and their “pest control “ is awful …seriously you’ll end up throwing money in escrow ..just run far away and spend your money for better living conditions

Run far away This place is absolutely horrible, they have bug problems that are absolutely ridiculous and they do nothing to fix it and expect some crazy amount of money to break the lease when they don’t do anything to fix the problem..you’ll hear gun shots all around the complex and the photos they show are an absolute lie ..just pay more money and never rent here ..it’s not worth your sanity and safety

infested with ROACHES Do not move here the apartments are infested it was a on going battle with the management they would only bomb our apartment but not anyone else’s and when I wasn’t there so they can bomb because I have to work they would try to charge me because I couldn’t stay for the apartment to be bomb like seriously I have to work I can’t be available to you when you need to bomb when I have to work the management has all the keys to apartments let them in to bomb the place we can’t be there anyways just overall I... read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Wish I could give negative stars it’s so bad. Moved in end of October and the place was full of live and dead roaches. The bathroom floor was sinking in. Within a month the bathroom ceiling was molding above the shower. It looks like there was mold already there and they painted over it. Multiple holes in the walls and doors that were barely fixed. Be Careful Let me start this out by saying be skeptical of positive reviews for this complex. The office staff asks us to write reviews when visiting their office in exchange for gift cards. While they are doing this they will loom over your shoulder and make suggestive remarks about favorable reviews. Notice how many 5 star reviews here are a single sentence long. Honest Experience half way into the lease; not expecting things to change I moved in around August. Rooms were clean, kitchen was nice, bathroom looked good. Days into the first week, noticed how thin the walls are. From an above apartment, you can hear foot steps taken from adult/kids feet.
