My daughter and I wouldn't go anywhere else. We love and enjoy the atmosphere when we come into the office. Wonderful staff that does excellent work and for that thank you.
The service is truly excellent. Staff are always kind and professional, and seem to go beyond what is required to accommodate each patient, while also maintaining a very organized, impeccably clean environment.
Everyone is always very friendly and make us all feel comfortable, especially the kids. Also very quick and efficient, in and out in under an hour for three of us.
My 3 year old had her first visit and was hesitant at first. Everyone was very patient with her and she ended up having a great visit! Thank you so much! She asks me every day since if we can go back to the dentist.
This dental office is professional and customer focused. Dr.Brown has been my dentist since I was a teenager... I'm now 30. Every visit I know I'm in good hands and the fact that every one in the office is friendly and knowledgable is why I stay. I will admit I did venture to another dentist in the Cranberry Twp area (only bc it was closer to where I live) and guess what... Dr Brown is now re-doing the crown work I had done only 3yrs ago!!! Lesson learned.
