Historically I have not had luck with dentists, however I have been to the office twice and it is helping to restore my confidence in the dental profession. All of the staff have been so pleasant, caring, and helpful in helping me work through my dental issues. I'm really thankful that I have found wonderful professionals now that I am in need of serious dental work, and not just a cleaning.
The Staff was great! The staff was very professional and explain everthing in septs what they were going to do. I had a great experience.
This was my first visit to this office. I was more than pleased by every step of my dental appointment. Every staff memember that I met was beyond helpful and very nice. I will be bringing my whole family here for years to come.
I especially love the Headphones during visit because I truly detest the sound of the drills in my mouth. It helps distract away from what they are doing.
Forgive me that I cannot recall my hygienist's name. However, I found her thoughtful, kind and very helpful. She took her time to make sure that I understood every part of the process. She handled my mouth with care. I was enriched by the experience.
For the first time in 10+ years with you, I felt that I was overcharged. Earlier, I had a filling done which required drilling out the tooth, filling it,novocain etc. It took ~45minutes. I was charged $160. On this visit, I had a temporary filling put in. No novocaine, took ~20 minutes. Same $160 charge. This may be your policy, and that is your business, but as I said, I felt overcharged on this visit. BTW, I only say this because you asked. Thank you for listening. Sam

It's about financial that need to explain a bit more because there is some insurance and a patient pay in half. I was assumed that my insurance will pay in full but 50% based on a crown. I learned that I had to pay in half afterward that I received the papers and read the whole explanation of payment. Good thing, I had some enough money to pay. Next time, it will be better communication and more detail information. The service is excellence and friendly.
