Amazing Staff!!From the greeting by the receptionists to the care I received from my dental hygienist and doctor this is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Thank you so much.
Jan was very knowledgeable and told me a lot of different tips and techniques to use when taking care of my teeth.
My only comment is I thought I had an appointment with Marcy but then saw someone else. I saw Marcy last so maybe I just assumed she was who I was going to see again. I was surprised when Jan took me back for my cleaning.
I chose this office based on reviews I read as I am new to the area. I was pleased to see a keurig and juice refrigerator as I walked in! I was greeted immediately, hardly had ti wait, then I had a friendly hygienist and doctor. I didnt feel pushed to try new services or make any purchases or decisions in the spot. Good to know I made a right choice based on previous reviews!
As strange as it may seem, I always enjoy my visits to Edgewood Dental. The receptionists (Jen and Becky) are always happy, helpful and eager to make visits enjoyable. Jan, my hygienist, whom I've known "forever," is absolutely the best!! Although I didn't see a dentist during this visit, they are incredibly good at their craft...the best anywhere. Joe Bencloski
