no changes as of now, was my first visit - liked the flat screen where I could review my x-rays
Crown was too expensive. 1. Told one way only(same day crown) $1316. Then when I wanted to pay 1/2 & 1/2 on 12th. Everything changed Now temp. Crown & lab pfm. But same price. Then I stated I would be back before Xmas for perm. Crown. As I paid I was told Jan. 5th was earliest delivery date. I just got two crowns that were a lot more work in a nicer treatment center in S. FL. For under 1800$ . Dr Boneroni is good & best shot I ever had. Communication Poor, price too high. I paid cash. See you on 5th for last time.
I was expecting to see the dentist, but I only met the hygienist , I hope that was not because of the issue I called about before I came.
Jan is always professional, kind and very detailed in her work - a definite asset to this practice.
I have never waited for an appointment, which is so rare these days. I did have to wait about 35 minutes past my time, but I can definitely overlook that since it had never happened prior to that day. But it also took less time that I was originally told, so it worked out and did not set me back too much. I find the staff to be very friendly and professional. I appreciate the complimentary beverages. It is a nice touch.
I should suggest this office to everyone - very pleasant and understanding !

As usual, Jan did periodontal service in her standard professional manner. I have complete confidence in her knowledge and capabilities. Same for Dr. Brown, too!
I always feel like I am in expert hands with the dental hygienist Gerianne, and was impressed with the technology that allowed me to view my x-rays.
