Edo is now Amador Cocina Fina and we thoroughly enjoyed the cretivity and the amazing tastes in each bite. Both the Steak Gilda (tartar) with the anchovy and the fantastic ceiche / dry aged tuna we were salivating. Then the oysters - fresh and briny with a complimentary wasabi salsa virde was only disappointing because there were only 4 - could have eaten a dozen. We will miss this restaurant. Thankfully we have a great replacement at the same location. The octopus in tamarind mole was exceptional. We look forward to eating more of the chef’s creations in the future!
Hands down the best dinner I have ever had. They have had a name change & are now called Amador Cocina Fina. The chef is so talented! Don't miss out on this flavorful gem!

We had the tasting menu for the very last night EDO was open. All courses were on point!

Five of us did the tasting menu. Two vegetarian tastings and three regular. Both menus were amazing. The vegetarian tasting was not a lesser experience or an afterthought. Portions were substantial. The staff was attentive and thoughtful—it is clear they want guests to have a great experience. All three gin cocktails were delicious—they should offer a tasting flight. Our whole table agreed this was one of the best meals we had ever had. Try the old fashioned, too!
