Loved our meal two years ago, just came back and it was as good as I remembered. Excellent flavors and creative dishes -- do the tasting menu. Very vegan friendly. Location allows it to be a great deal.

I was absolutely blown away by the food at EDO! I had read a ton of reviews prior to going because I never leave the strip for dinner, but the hype around this place swayed me out of my comfort zone. I love tapas and would consider myself a very discerning customer when it comes to food and service. I’ve been to Jaleo and é by Jose Andres among others in town and across the country, but EDO is a standout. A must if you are in Vegas. Off the beaten path in a strip mall about 15 minutes from the Vegas strip- worth the trip. The tasting menu is creative and delicious. Great service.
