Fantastic! Love all the dishes. Everything is superb. The Amuse Bouche was incredibly delightful. Who knew a gazpacho could be so light and refreshing yet filled with layers of flavor that makes you crave more!
EDO continues to impress. Rotating seasonal ingredients paired with showstopper classics, this is the best meal for the best value in Vegas. If this tasting menu was served on the Strip they would be able to charge 3-4x and it would be packed every night. Run, don't walk to this incredible tucked away gem!
Went with the chef's tasting menu and it was amazing! Will definitely be recommending EDO whenever possible
Outstanding. We are local and We ordered the tasting menu and everything was awesome. They even made a couple of accommodations for someone who did not want specific items and those were great as well. Highly recommend, although the waiter said they were going to move soon. This is certainly on par with his other restaurant Anima by EDO.

We were BLOWN away at Edos. This was the best tapas we have ever had, each course was 10/10… flavor bombs. The service was phenomenal as well, we really appreciated their team approach. Highly highly recommend!
The service was outstanding and I love that the restaurant was small and not overcrowded; bathrooms were very clean. I wanted to love the food very much but I just couldn’t get into it, I will say the clams were out of this world but everything else I ordered from the carpaccio, to the Crockett’s were just average
What an incredible dinner we had to celebrate my friends birthday!! We had the tasting menu of all the past specials they have had in the past. There were so many delicious tapas that it is hard to call only one my favorite! The scallops were so flavorful! The yellowtail ; the gazpacho; and the bread was crunchy and delicious! The wagu pastrami was incredible. The raspberry dessert was so tasty!!! Thanks for a great experience.
