Chef Oscar, Roberto and the crew always provide the best food and service the city has to offer. This restaurant is a true gem.

You can never go wrong with EDO! From the moment we walk in the door was get top notch service! We are big water drinkers and I love the touch of leaving a craft of water on the wine coaster at the table. The Gin and Tonics are AMAZING! This restaurant is the real deal. Chef Oscar has created an amazing tasting menu. Each time I go, it seems the Chef has come up up with several new and creative pairings of both flavors and textures. After tasting each dish I would say, “that is my favorite!” Then the next dish came and I would say it again. I think the best part is the focus on using vegetables in creative new ways! Omg the best little hole in the wall! Dinner from beginning to end was AMAZING in terms of service, quality of the food, the ambiance, the music, etc. I cannot wait to come back and try it when I come back to Las Vegas. Thanks for the awesome meal and delicious wine!
We all ordered from the tasting menu which was amazing! The portions were more than enough since we also ordered drinks which by the way were refreshing. The service was excellent as well! The only suggestion we have is to bring out each course a little slower. We felt that the dishes came out too quickly for us to enjoy. Other than that, would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Excellent in every way. One of our very best restaurant meals of the last four years. Can't wait to return!
