The tasting menu was outstanding
Great place, food and service!
gastronomic delight to the sight and taste. Wait staff made the first time visit a wonderful experience with more visits to come. What a great addition to the Las Vegas food scene.

Excellent experience, as always. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. It is advisable to make a reservation a few days ahead, for it’s a very popular restaurant.
What a great meal, and experience. This Tapas restaurant was such a fun evening for me and my guests. We opted for the Chef's choice tasting menu, and it did not disappoint. Our server offered excellent descriptions and stories with each serving, and the sommelier gave us an excellent pairing for the meal. If you enjoy tapas and you are in Las Vegas you need to try EDO Gastro Tapas. We will definitely make this a regular stop when in Las Vegas. The tables were large and never seem to get cluttered as we progressed through the Chef's Tasting Menu. The only issue was when the waiter said everything on the tasting menu was cooked. Amazing and unique meal! We did the tasting menu and every course was delicious and beautiful! There were so many things I have never seen/had in any restaurant...much less all of them in one place! Service was excellent! The space is a little tight and somewhat dingy on the outside, but it is a total find and well worth the car ride from the madness of The Strip. Bravo!
