We got the tasting menu and another couple dishes from their specials for the night. Everything was fantastic, including the service. There are some one and done restaurants out there, this is not one of them! I will definitely be coming back. Also, come hungry (especially if you get the tasting menu). I came in starving and left happily stuffed.

Another spectacular off the Strip find. The tasting menu was absolutely amazing, and the chef threw in a few extras along the way. Go for the truffle and caviar add ONS!

Definitely a special occasion go to place. The food is stand out. Started with an amuse bouche of gazpacho soup. Not one of my favorites but a nice touch. Ordered tomato bread, strip loin carpaccio, and squash blossoms for tapas. Expected the tomato bread to come out first but it actually came out last.
