Phenomenal dinner! Every bite was an explosion of flavor and the service was 5 stars. We can not wait to go back here to eat again.
EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine is an excellent dining experience...the food is delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and they have a very good wine selection...our favorite bite is the uni risotto with octopus...would recommend to make a reservation and would recommend EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine to anyone and everyone

In looking for another tapas place in Las Vegas, two friends and I stopped into EDO prior to a VGK Game after reading numerous outstanding reviews, as well as reviews from a number of other individuals with Celiac who were able to dine successfully. I was here on my birthday and didn't know what to expect. Everything was great! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and of course the food was delish.
First time at EDO but it won’t be the last. As it was our first time and I wasn’t familiar with the menu, we ordered the Chef Sampler menu, and it was the perfect choice. Everything we tasted was so full of flavor, nicely presented and just the right portion size. I’d recommend the Chefs menu to anyone.
