Food just wasn’t good. It wasn’t terrible, but it was worse than average. Salty, not creative, tried to overengineer every plate…
3 of us dined. 6 different small plates and split 2 entrees.. Tasty but over use of potatoes. The presentation was lovely. The bill was $400. It was not exceptional. We will not return.
Overall it was a really good experience. We really loved this restaurant when they opened. They had different paella options and the drinks have always been fabulous. They went through a rough period where much of the food was fried and they stopped doing paella. After seeing more recent reviews we decided to give it another try. They still don't have paella but there is a great variety of tapas all which tasted good. BUT, everything we had with the exception of dessert was way too salty. The food is amazing, and that's it. Will never get a Michelin star with the attitude here.
They do not regularly update the GF menu on their website. Everything I wanted to try before we arrived had been crossed off on the printed menu at the restaurant. The food I ordered instead was acceptable, but for the price I would not return.
Let me start by saying the service was outstanding. Thank you The dinner we had I would rate as 7.5 out of 10. Good but not great. The prices are high for what you receive. Unfortunately we will not return.
Used to be one of my favorite spot in town. Been several times dining there never been dissatisfied with the food but this time extremely disappointed. Food was absolutely unpleasant, very heavy dishes, no delicacy, too salty and didn’t recognized at all chef EDO style & soul. Didn’t get checked up on once, food was dry and rough and the wine had a funky taste. Way overpriced for what it is. Never again.
The ambience inside was nice. The food was not good. We had the octopus, cuttlefish carbonara, and lamb sausage. The sausage was the only great tasting one. Octopus was cooked fine but the sauce was very salty. The cuttlefish carbonara was almost inedible cause it was so salty. It left a lot to be desired and we had to go get food after.
