If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Everything is amazing and unique. Best tapas in Vegas. Highly recommend it to everyone.
Food was amazing, and everyone that works there is so friendly. A little off the strip, but well worth the trip for some amazing food.

Having been a tapas aficionado I always take the chance of trying tapas restaurants I come across. I’m happy to say Edo did not disappoint. Food was quite good, reminding me of the delicious food we had in Spain, esp in San Sebastián. The paella was the best I’ve tasted outside of Valencia. Will be a frequent diner!
I can't believe that this restaurant just opened up as it was pretty busy the whole time we were there. The food was delicious with fun and creative presentations. The paella was the best I have ever tasted. Really enjoyed their cocktail menu as well. Service throughout the night was on point!! I will definitely plan on returning, soon. I highly recommend this restaurant.
First off let me say that Roberto is one of the most gracious hosts I've ever encountered, he welcomed us as if we were family and it was our first time dining there! Our server Pete was very attentive and had great suggests for us. The Iberico paella and the pulpo are a must have! I will definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu.
This was the worst meal I've ever had. The burnt leeks tasted like what I imagine a old receipt found at the bottom of a dumpster soaked in tepid trash water would taste like. Truly awful dining experience.
