Best restaurant off strip in Vegas, yeah I said it!
Incredible food. The Ibirico pork entree especially was fantastic, but so was the octopus and the clever approach to patatas bravas. A must try.

Creative and delicious chef’s menu with outstanding service in a lively atmosphere.
For $430 including three drinks each, I'd sure expect my server to come by more than 3x total (to take our order, once because the one dropping off food went to get him for us, and the final time to bring our check that WE asked him for). The food was good, scallops were way too salty but the rest was good. Drinks were great. Octopus was exceptional, and so were the bravas potatoes. Absolutely fantastic meal. As vegans, their separate vegan menu was perfect and everything was delicious! It was so reminiscent of food in Spain - we were highly impressed and will absolutely dine here again the next time we’re in Vegas. Definitely not a place you’d want to miss out on!

This was a a long overdue date night - and EDO did not disappoint. We did the tasting menu and WOW! It’s hard to know where to begin- very course was exquisite, the gin and tonic were amazing, and the recommended wine with the meal was spot on. Wish we had something like this in my home town.
