We have dined at EDO many times over the years, so we anticipate a wonderful culinary experience. As always, Bravo Roberto!!! The creative cuisine is beautifully inventive and splendidly delicious. The service is spot on attentive (thank kindly you Ben). We also loved the relaxing ambiance & the familiar atmosphere of Gipsy Kings style music paring perfectly with our dining celebration. Cheers!
Used to be one of my favorite spot in town. Been several times dining there never been dissatisfied with the food but this time extremely disappointed. Food was absolutely unpleasant, very heavy dishes, no delicacy, too salty and didn’t recognized at all chef EDO style & soul. First time dining at Edo's, and what a wonderful experience. I did the full regular tasting menu, adding on an optional plate as well as upgrading to the Australian wagyu, and my dining partner went with the Vegan tasting menu. Every dish that was brought to the table was superb. We squeezed in a late time slot for dinner 8:45pm after some activities on the strip. We were 10 minutes late on our reservation but they were absolutely nice and hospitable. The food was delicious and the drinks were tasty. The Chef’s tasting menu had great selections from the menu. We will definitely return. Just make sure you arrive early for your reservation because there’s little to no parking available. Very busy restaurant center location.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! While a short drive from our hotel, this Spanish themed tapas eatery was perfect for a gourmet meal. The ceviche of fresh scallops had a creative marinade and were a great start. We split a wonderful steak dish, perfectly prepared octopus (highly recommend) and several other dishes. Small nondescript place in a strip mall. Interesting, innovative menu with tasting menu option (needs to be ordered by whole table). All dishes were good to excellent. Notable wine list. Overall, while the menu prices are high to very high, we had a very good evening
Food was great, staff was professional and cocktails were great. I wine pairing would be a great way to add value to the tasting menu.
The fixed menu was outstanding. Even though the outside didn’t look like much.
