Our Server Paulo is very knowledgeable and passionate about the food, service, and our experience. I love the small dining room and the mural on the wall. Every dish was amazing and memorable. My guest tried dishes they never would have tried based on the quality of the food they did order. The Chocolate ganache converted a guest of mine to love chocolate; smooth and silky. I brought business guest to dinner; I will return as a local favorite. Job well done to the entire staff. I love EDO Tapas.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Edo Gastro. The food was fantastic across the board and brought back memories of my favorite tapas bars in Spain. The dishes were elevated takes on classic tapas dishes. The selection was vast and there are many vegetarian options which was crucial for our group. Service was superb and drinks were delicious as well. Would recommend if you're in Vegas!
Magnificent, courteous and attentive service. Authentic spaniard tapas, fresh, full of flavor and scrumptious. Reservations a most since the place is rather small but cozy. I had a great experience and feel invited to go back.

Food, service, and food were all amazing! Beef carpaccio, beef cheeks, chicken, and lobster were all stand out dishes!
They do not regularly update the GF menu on their website. Everything I wanted to try before we arrived had been crossed off on the printed menu at the restaurant. The food I ordered instead was acceptable, but for the price I would not return.
Great food and great service. Everything was on point and we all had a great time.
