My wife and I went for our anniversary. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious. We are definitely going back!
The best restaurant in Las Vegas! Go there immediately, it’s just amazing.
Another fantastic meal at Edo! Had the tasting menu which is a great experience especially with 6 people. Love the cocktails also and the service is always on point
EDO does not disappoint. The chef’s tasting menu was perfectly executed balanced. I will continue to recommend EDO as a must try off-the-strip dining experience to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
Small but cozy and artsy ambience. The iberico cheese board was just OK but the risotto, short ribs, cuttlefish carbonara and squash blossoms were excellent!
Our chef's prix fix menu was AMAZING! The food was on point, so creative, so delicious and very diverse. It was as if it was a tour of the Iberian Peninsula. So very much recommend hopping into a taxi from the strip to try this place out. You will not be disappointed.

We did the chef’s tasting. All the food was creative and delicious. We also split a bottle of garnacha and had some sherry with dessert, both of which were quite tasty as well. The service was impeccable.
We showed up on a Monday an hour before our reservation and were seated with no wait. The food and drinks were superb. This is a destination worth leaving the strip for. I would highly recommend coming here!
