Highly recommend EDO! It was our first time so we did not try the tasting menu but we will for sure the next time. Service was really good, food was great!!!
One of the best dining experiences we have ever had.
We found Edo on the Eater Essential Las Vegas and were so excited by how good the menu looked. Unfortunately the reality didn't really live up. We did the tasting menu. I thought a lot of the food was creative, but unfortunately a lot of the dishes felt rather unpolished. Service felt very rushed too. We had multiple dishes on the table at the same time at quite a few points. We wouldn't go back again.
