An all around incredible dining experience. Chefs menu was flavorful, unique and simply fantastic. A short ride off the strip and you step into another culinary dimension. Tired of the chains, over priced underwhelming food of “top chef” style restaurants? Come to EDO. You won’t be disappointed.
This gem is a top ten dining experience on planet earth. The service, the creativity in the menu, the attention to detail is truly world class. We had the chef’s tasting menu and, amazingly, each course was surpassed by what came next. Fluid teamwork by the staff provided perfect pacing for a night out that we’ve been telling all our friends about. We canceled reservations elsewhere for our return trip to try their sister restaurant, Anima by EDO, and it too earns a spot on our top ten list!
Everything was delicious. The only trouble is that you will run out of room in your belly to try all of the great options. Don’t miss a visit to EDO!!!
The food was excellent. After watching other diners who did the tasting menu, we would definitely do that if we had the chance to return.
By far the best meal that we had in Vegas. Each dish was full of flavour and crafted perfectly. Do yourself a favour and get away from the overrated Strip restaurants and get over to Edo.
The food choice was unique and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the birthday celebration. Thank you for storing the cakes and sending them out at the perfect time.
