Wow. From the outside, EDO may not look impressive, but our experience, from our first encounter with the staff through the last bite was exceptional. One of our party was skeptical, but open minded about trying tapas for the first time. EDO absolutely convinced him, but likely spoiled him simply because EDO has set the bar for quality and creativity so impossibly high. The food was amazing, the atmosphere, not so much. But we didn’t come for the atmosphere; we were delighted with the exceptional food.
