Food was exceptional. Glad I finally made it. Really no complaints, everything was great. We arrived at 8:45, which made it difficult to figure out how much food to order, because the kitchen closed shortly after our arrival, but just something to be mindful of.
One of the best restaurants I’ve every enjoyed eating at! The tasting menu was well crafted and each plate was amazing and had me excited for the next one. There were no lows during the meal. Would recommend and will absolutely visit again!
Fantastic tasting menu, upgraded to the scallop and added the extra caviar. Plays with textures and senses in playful ways, but I felt all of Edo’s dishes honored their traditional Spanish flavors. All wrapped up in a way with dessert that made me feel like I was visiting Spain again.
Both the food and drinks were delicious. This is one of the best tasting menus I have had in Vegas, and for $80/person, the price is pretty good. My only complaint is that the service felt a bit rushed. The servers were, however, very knowledgable and made great recommendations when asked. I would definitely recommend this place to someone else.
Ordered all specials. Of the 30 times I’ve eaten there this was by far the best. A Michelin star meal for sure. Bravo!
What a great night out! Chef Oscar is a freaking genius when it comes to flavor, texture, visual and aromas. Cuttlefish Pasta… UNREAL! Been to restaurants across the globe, and this one is truly a hidden gem that has Gastro creativity to the next level! Enjoy why you can, the flavors he is dropping are not going to keep this hidden for long. Will be back for sure!!

First, parking was a real problem. Located in a busy development & we had to park across the street & jaywalk across a busy Jones. Octopus was very tender but not particularly flavorful. Calimari also so-so. Highlight was duck that was excellent. & I absolutely hate it when computer bills includes tax when calculating 20% tip. Good but clearly not up to rave reviews we had read.
