If I could give this 11/10 I would. Absolutely outstanding. Paulo ans the team Took amazing care or us. The food was off the charts. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Wow.

Visiting from out of town and looked up Edo, it was wonderful, had the tasting menu, everything was excellent. Presentation was beautiful. Great cocktails too, and attentive service. A great place to have a fancy dinner at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to friends! Thank you to the staff that made for a wonderful evening!
The servers were nice and the drinks were great. The food was just really not good. We were so disappointed. The first 5 courses we had were cold seafood. We enjoyed the caviar egg and the paella thing was pretty good... other than that, the seafood courses mostly tasted the same. We couldn't eat the shrimp course.. it was tough, and by that time we were really sick of eating cold seafood. The offer gluten-free replacements, but some of them were pretty lacking. Amazing hidden gem away from the LV strip. Wonderful staff/service and PHENOMENAL food!! Will definitely go back on our next trip to Las Vegas!
We ordered the tasting menu and it was every bit as good as advertised and more. Creative presentations. Playful tastes and combinations. Don’t forget the red sangria! Can’t wait to come back for a visit!
