Although this restaurant is in a strip shopping center, about 20 minute cab ride from the main attractions in Las Vegas we had an incredible experience. The white staff and service was excellent. The food was outstanding. Presentation was beautiful and everything was absolutely delicious. Don’t let this location fool you. This is a hidden gem of a place.
The meal was incredible, and the staff was awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to, or living in, Vegas. Fantastic all around.
Unbelievably fantastic food! From the presentation to the taste. We new the food was going to be good but we were surprised as to how fabulous every dish was. Roberto and his staff are incredible. The knowledge of the dishes the servers have made this experience even more incredible. And the gin cocktails were great! Can’t wait until we come back to Vegas to experience this restaurant again.
Wonderful food-- we ordered a la carte and stuck with tapas. The scallops were amazing, the croquetas inspired. We ordered the squash blossoms and although it lists fois gras as an ingredient, there was no fois gras. No substitution was announced. They were still delicious but I wonder about the missing ingredient and the price point. Honestly, my only complaint was our waiter. He was brusque. Beyond that, a very nice gastronomical Experience.
Overpriced and overrated, Service was good but the food took forever and the table was cramped.
Food was delicious and creative - and tapas means you can share and fry more dishes with friends! :)
From our list of fave restaurants, we picked Edo to celebrate V-day as we had an amazing experience previously. We can’t say the same this time. We did the tasting menu like before. It started out great w/ the amuse bouche, then the appetizer. Before we finish the app, next dish came already. The 1st half of the meal felt rushed as the 2nd half was very slow. Great dining experience!!! Friendly staff!! Exceptional service!! Red sangria is delicious. Peruvian scallops were divine. Tempura squash blossoms were sooo delicious. Calamari was really good, unique for the squid stuffed with duck. Super soft wonderful pan con tomate. Octopus was on point. Easy parking. I look forward to return.
