Among the most enjoyable “Spanish” dining experiences, including multiple trips to Spain. The concentration of flavors is epic. (The location is not.) Go for the food; choose the tasting menu. Leave happy.
This is the best restaurant off the strip for Spanish tapas. It’s also on par with any restaurant on the strip, for less money. I’ve been numerous times and every dish is delicious. Go to Edo!
We had the tasting menu and food was really good. Some are better than the other. The pace of the food coming out pretty fast at first until it slows down significantly as the restaurant gets busy (our reservation was at 6:15pm). The pace of food getting serve is pretty inconsistent especially halfway through our meal. Overall still a good experience and would recommend this place.

This place is awesome. Very small an unassuming but you are treated to an awesome experience. The staff really knows the food and make great recommendations. Food is stellar with drink to match. Can’t wait to return.
I am a self proclaimed foodie and will often seek out restaurants I am not normally exposed to. This was the first time I have specifically ventured out for Tapas and more importantly Ibérico ham. Edo did not disappoint whatsoever. The tasting was phenomenal. So much so I said to the waiter at the end that it is severely underpriced. If you are looking to experience a delightful mixture of flavors and not still feel hungry afterwards, this tasting is top notch. Solo dinner as I’m here on a business trip. Absolutely phenomenal! So worth the trip. Could not have loved it more. Everyone was so friendly. Food unique and perfect. Don’t miss it!!
