We tried the tasting menu. All I can say is wow! Loved all the spanish/asian/italian flavors.
A pitch perfect experience. The front of house staff was engaged, friendly, enthusiastic about explaining the dishes as they came and they were kind enough to pace the meal to match our schedule so we could make it to the show we were attending. We opted for the tasting menu and cocktails (variations on gin and tonics, each with simple flourishes to elevate and make them something special). Never fails to impress . One of my favorite restaurants in town.
We went here to celebrate a birthday and we were blown away with the entire experience. There were 3 attentive waiters, who described the food and drink and served it with a smile. The food was delicious, creative, and beautiful. Each dish was a pleasant surprise (we ordered the Tasting Menu). They also surprised us with dessert for the birthday boy. Would go back in a heartbeat.
The flavors of Edo are unique and amazing. Every dish is a creative delight. It is one of our favorite restaurants ever.
