The four of us did the tasting menu and it did not disappoint!! Highly recommend going that route so you can try many of the inspired dishes. Service was great! We brought along a finicky 8 year old who enjoyed the short rib dish. Surprisingly, there were other kids there which made us feel more comfortable. Would definitely return.
Fabulous across the board
Prepare to be wowed! This was one of my favorite dining experiences in a long time. We did the tasting menu and were so happy we did. So many unique and delicious tapas. The chef is so gifted. Not only did everything look it amazing, it tasted incredible. Our service and their drink recommendations were spot on too. I loved the sangria. Would be worth a trip back to Vegas just to experience EDO again.
This place had fantastic food, as advertised. It was nothing short of spectacular. It was crowded and noisy, but that is part of the genuine tapas experience. Just wonderful in evoking a place (Spain) that we'd love to visit.

Fantastic dining experience. The tasting menu blew us away and we have eaten all around the world. The talent you have in the kitchen is fantastic and our waiter did a fantastic job guiding how to eat each offering. This now ranks we the top meals we have had which includes Lyon, France, Liege Belgium and in Tokyo

We had the Prix fix of 11 plates, each of them was outstanding, creative, well made. Yes, the cost was high, but the amount of work that goes into each plate is definitely worth it and I understand it. The drinks were well served and well crafted as well, and the sangria was perfect! Our only complaint, is that the total amount of food was not sufficient for us to be totally satisfied (and believe me, it's not that we normally eat "American" quantities).
