Exceptional food and service. Every bite from the first plate to dessert was delicious. Plenty of options for pescatarians.
I applaud the service and hospitality. We had an amazing time sipping on craft cocktails, wine, and sharing tapas! I would definitely bring a group back or even go back for a more intimate dinner. Everything is just delicious. Thanks to your 10/30/22 staff!!
I highly recommend EDO ! This is located a little out of the way off the main strip, but well worth the trip. The food is outstanding and the dishes are prepared with care and presented masterfully. Presentation aside, the food is delicious! I enjoyed the Foie Gras Terrine (excellent), the 30 Day Aged Stripoin Carpaccio, Tepura Squash Blossoms and the Costillo de Vaca (my favorite!). Another great find, enjoyed pulpo and txangurro as appetizers. It was something new to our palate. Had suckling pig terrine and la plancha for our entrees. Complimentary birthday flan and a tiny cup of gazpacho made our experience more special.
The tasting menu was incredible! I picked this place specifically to accommodate a friend who is vegetarian. This place has both a vegetarian and vegan tasting menu option as well. The regular tasting menu is 11 courses with 2 surprise courses and I was SO FULL afterwards. The sangria + gin tonic cocktails were also amazing! Would highly recommend.
One of the best meals we’ve had. The service was wonderful as well.
Wait staff was very attentive and helpful with food and wine selection. Basically described the experience we were looking for and they had excellent suggestions.
