Among the most enjoyable “Spanish” dining experiences, including multiple trips to Spain. The concentration of flavors is epic. (The location is not.) Go for the food; choose the tasting menu. Leave happy.
This is the best restaurant off the strip for Spanish tapas. It’s also on par with any restaurant on the strip, for less money. I’ve been numerous times and every dish is delicious. Go to Edo!
We had the tasting menu and food was really good. Some are better than the other. The pace of the food coming out pretty fast at first until it slows down significantly as the restaurant gets busy (our reservation was at 6:15pm). The pace of food getting serve is pretty inconsistent especially halfway through our meal. Overall still a good experience and would recommend this place.
