When we got out the taxi the driver asked if we were sure this was the place. Non descript exterior in a strip mall You enter and it changes A fab mural of Spanish images on one wall and brass beads cover the other. We had the Chef's tasting menu and it blew us away. We enjoyed every mouthful. It is creative and artfully balanced You taste the subtle nuances. We took the upgrade which entitled us to caviar on a bottagar espuma....YUM!!! This gem is a must on your food visits.
Our party did the Chef's tasting menu- Absolutely worth every penny! I loved being able to taste little bites of everything- we will return when the menu changes!

All of the food was delicious but the short rib was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had.
Food is good here. Ambiance...not so much. They need to play some different music!! They had a playlist of Brazilian covers of American pop songs which was cute for maybe a minute. I think we heard every song twice too.
It was our first time dining at EDO and we chose to do the tasting menu. All of the dishes were delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Vegas!
Definitely go for the tasting menu! Worth every cent. A meal of this caliber would cost double in a trendy location so its worth the drive away from the strip.
Awesome tasting menu - all the bites from start to finish were welk plated, creative and full of flavor. Cocktails, especially the Gin grey whale, were amazing - refreshing and flavorful. Service was top notch - attentive, knowledgeable and personable.
We ordered the tasting menu and everything was delicious! Great service too! Highly recommended!
