Amazing food at that price level. Chef was tremendously creative and food was presented well. Service was impeccable and really nothing to complain about!

A native Las Vegan, I'd never heard of this little spot until I stumbled across it online while looking for a new place to try. The ratings were so high I booked a table with a friend for a "catch up" dinner. AMAZING! We talked and ate our way thru the evening and enjoyed the entire experience. The vegetarian tasting menu was amazing ! My partner and I went for our anniversary and were beyond impressed with everything , food drinks dessert I mean everything .
I took a group of 10 to Edo last night. I am in the Hospitality business and was looking for something off the strip that was good. Frankly, it might be 1 of the best meals I have had in Vegas and should be explored for a Michelin star. The $70 tasting menu would be $200 on the strip. The tasting menu was exceptional. EDO Gastro is a Las Vegas gem. Tucked away in an unassuming business plaza well off the strip. Fabulous cocktails; we loved the specialty Gin & Tonics! Comprehensive wine list, including several affordable and excellent Tempranillos and Riojas. The food was outstanding, starting with the light, flaky and delicious patatas bravas. Do not miss the Wagyu entree, just outstanding. Also, a word about the service: terrific. The waitstaff are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful without being obsequious. We highly recommend!

Simply one of the most amazing dinners ever. Creations were chosen with the advice of the server. The dishes complimented each other, as the flavors and textures were all different from the other dishes. The presentations were also beautiful. We are small eaters and were well satisfied by dinner, but we were delighted when our server suggested a desert of strawberry ice. The wine is also for oenophiles.
