We wanted to show our friend this restaurant. My husband is a personal chef in Vegas and this is one of his top 3 places in the city. Our friends really liked the choice. Service is excellent. The food experience is amazing. Every time we come there are new items to discover and we are always very surprised. Very good choice of wines too. The servers will very good. We love this place !
We had the chef's tasting menu which consist of nine courses. One of us is gluten free and they accommodated us. Upgraded to the risotto for an additional $10 per person. However, it was a mistake as the risotto was overly salty. The other items were very good and so was the service. Had the house white and red which were very reasonably priced and good.
We had an amazing meal. We picked the chefs tasting menu and everything was delicious. We highly recommended our friends from Las Vegas check out the restaurant.
One of the best and innovative meals I have ever had in any city. If Michelin did anything in Vegas, EDO would certainly be worthy
Food was excellent - my only comment is that I wished they had changed the plates after a few courses. The sauce on the plate would mingle with the sauce from the following course, which interfered with the taste experience.

Menu (ala carte) seemed small so we decided to do the tasting menu. Tasting menu was good, but nothing really stood out to me. Moscow mules were yummy & quite refreshing. Definitely was good to eat, but not enough to come back & enjoy again.
We had the chef’s tasting menu. Not a single miss the entire meal. Each course was beautiful, inventive, inspired and DELICIOUS!! Incredible value also. You would easily pay triple for this same meal on the strip. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
So special. Off the strip. Take an Uber. Innovative and interesting dishes. A great value for the tasting menu.
