The food was amazing. Many combinations you never would have thought of or tried. Staff was amazing explaining each tasting and very attentive and courteous.
In a city of extravagance, Edo is trying to provide fine dining at off the beaten path setting. The food is the star. Cuisine can easily compete with some of the finest dining anywhere. Service needs some development to match the level of the food. Pacing and attentiveness was uneven. If they raise their service skill to match the food, it’s easily a 5 start experience.
This was the first visit here as was visiting from Northern Nevada. Dined upon a recommendation of someone and was utterly amazed at the overall experience. We chose the chef's tasting menu and each dish served was happily described by the wait staff and was utterly enjoyable. Upon another visit to Las Vegas I would not hesitate to return knowing that I will leave better for the experience.
Great tasting menu and cocktails.
We did the tasting bar which really was fantastic - we did the add on of caviar and risotto also - our bill was $265 for two people without the tip - Honestly we felt this was way too much money maybe $200 but not $300. The location is relevant to the the price - this location is in a strip mall that is not upmarket. Had the location been more classy that could maybe justify the $300. Like I said great meal/service just too high a price tag.
Tasting menu was great. Best gin and tonics we have had in a long while.
From start to finish, what an awesome dining experience! Food and drinks were delicious and the flavors were unique! Definitely coming back in the future!
Just one of the best meals ever. We did the tasting menu with the addons Be prepared time wise , dinner was two hours .the tasting menu had approx 10 items .
Four of us for dinner shared the following: Green Tartare, Brava Potatoes, (Meat) Stuffed Squash Blossoms, Artichoke Heart, Mixed Mushroom appetizers and the special of Iberico Pork. All were excellent. We loved them all. The wine list had a good selection. We were rushed for time (a show to get to) so had no time for dessert, a pity. Service was excellent.
