Where do I start......I first did a loan (first home) back in 2008-9 with Edwin. Lets just say he really had to go through a couple hurdles because our financial position being young and irresponsible. Edwin was instrumental in many different aspects and honestly is a part of where I am at now. He has very sound financial advise, has guided me and lead me through some frustrating circumstances. Backstory: The wife and I recently purchased an investment property in SC. Unfortunately, we didn't use Edwin and his team on that purchase and boy did we regret it! We were fortunate to use Edwin and his team on another investment purchase in FL around the same time. Comparing the two it was OBVIOUS that Edwin and his team were 1000% better (better communication, faster response time, lower closing costs, more punctual, quick to resolve issues) and we closed on time!
