The Marymount building was great value for being just a few minutes walk away from my internship at 30 Rockefeller Center with NBC. Rooms were spacious and well furnished with access to gym and other facilities.

The overall dorm and apartments were nice. I liked the gyms but I wish they had a bigger variety of equipment. Also I disliked that the trash rooms where the trash chutes sometimes didn't work so the trash rooms were gross with trash thrown everywhere. My apt didn't have a couch in it for the first month I was there which was frustrating. But overall the dorm itself was really nice and spacious.

Talk about the best place to live in the city! The New Yorker location is literally close to EVERYTHING! Let's not forget to mention the polite staff, and efficient hotel security. With it being a hot...
