I loved living in EHS John Street because of the close proximity to Fulton Street subway, which takes you basically anywhere in Manhattan and less than 20 minutes. Perfect for getting to my internship in Midtown in the morning! My room was Super clean in the bathroom was great, especially compared to my friends residences from other companies

EHS was extremely convenient for commuting to classes, the rooms were nice if a little dated, and the building offered a nice amount of amenities including an awesome location right across from Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, and just down the road from the Empire State Building for some great views. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to on campus housing.

First of all, I appreciate every moment I spend in New York and with ehs, I wish I'll be there now. I'm happy to had been in St George residence. It was great. The room was big and my roommate was nice. I will repeat this experience so many times. The best thing the residence gave me, was a friend, well, my boyfriend. I'm from Spain and he is still in the residence. Thanks to the residence I met him, and I'm so happy for that. I'll be around next year. I wish I will go to the residence again.THANKS for everything and for giv... read more

The Saint George is a great place to live, not only because they offer good rooms with attached baths. But because it's a community you get to be apart of, they offer so many activities and ways to involved with your peers as well as NewYork/ Brooklyn Heights. And a super plus Brooklyn Heights is such a great neighborhood. I've never lived anywhere like it!

Considering how expensive it was overall it could’ve been more improved. But it was a beautiful safe neighborhood and a good experience for my first year at Uni.

I enjoy living at the New Yorker Hotel. We are surrounded by action and things to do. EHS provides a safe environment for all students. The securtiy for the students is wonderful. Never did I feel unsafe at anytime. EHS always welcomes new students with open arms and creates a welcoming environment for freshman.
