From top to bottom, I would say that my stay at EHS's Marymount Manhattan location was quite pleasant. Minus the cockroach -- not your fault in the slightest; 'tis the fault of the lovely city itself -- I had no mishaps. If I were to quibble about anything, it may be the availability of RA's, as well as the mailroom. There were quite a few times that packages I received were rather important to pick up, but I was unable to do so since the mailroom opened so late and closed so early. I really enjoyed living in EHS. It was a great summer living situation. I wasn't really there a lot but I can't complain about much. I was in a studio room and it was actually really spacious. It wasn't super clean when I moved in, I had to clean it up a little bit. EHS provides you with everything you need from laundry, to a kitchen, and even a gym membership to the gym down the block. Our shower didn't drain/get hot sometimes but it wasn't that big of a deal. I would reccommend living there to anyone for the summer.

I stayed here over the summer and had the absolute best time. Not only do they offer so much to do as groups but upon arriving and during my entire everything was so clean and I loved all of the free space and kitchens downstairs in the lobby. All of the RA’s were so kind and any maintenance request or questions were handled almost immediately. The staff, security and janitors made the experience that much better! The Marymount building was a perfect location for my summer internship. It is situated right in the heart of Midtown and is close to everything you need. The rooms are clean and just what you need for the summer. The 24/7 security was friendly and always made you feel safe living there.
