I like this place a lot mainly due to the sense of community that exists there. I get to meet and work with people from adverse backgrounds but similar passions, which makes them very relatable. I get to meet people that have similar struggles of adapting to the dream city of New York, and that aspect really helps me bond with different people and do a lot of really fun activities around New York. So I'm really having a great time here due to my experience with EHS

A little overkill on restrictions but overall a decent place to be for the summer

The building was nothing fancy but worked as a place to live for the summer. The rooms were bigger than I was expecting but many things were pretty much falling apart. The kitchen was outdated and the toilet in our half bath never fully functioned. Although maintenance was very quick to come and fix everything, we had to contact them way to often. I also ended up not getting along with my roommates so I which EHS did a better job of connecting you with people who were more similar to you.

The building needs some repairs (the elevator was always broken and the air condition wasn't working in the gym)

The staff is incredible. Ever member was so willing to help out in any way possible. Theh made sure I was taken care off whenever I had issues with the building. The building itself is old and run down. I did have some issues such as a broken shower head, brown water, unable to enter to room, but the staff took cafe of those issues.
