I Love the team at EJF!
I leased a property at 3033 16th St NW from Patrick Reardon and the experience was great. The leasing process went very smoothly. I got a very good deal for DC and I love my one bedroom apartment. The only downside is that the building is old and I have coakroaches in the kitchen and the neighbors downstairs are noisy sometimes. Other than that, great experience with EJF! They're very nice and reachable.
I leased a property in Columbia Heights from Patrick Reardon and all I can say is the man is the golden god of letting real estate in NW DC. The guy has this region LOCKED. DOWNNNNN.
