Where to begin .... this company has been nothing but a disaster since I moved to DC. The first night I moved into my place the water pipe burst and our kitchen flooded. We had workers in and out for ages. And yet, it leaked again. No reimbursement for all the food we had just purchased and was destroyed in the nasty water. Later in the year, I had a leak in my own room and it took 2 months for them to find someone to fix it.
