RecommendedI'm happy we have a west side urgent care. It makes it so much easier than going to the other side of town when time is important. I took my cat in on a Sunday morning. They took him in very quickly. He had a fever and a respiratory infection. He was much improved by bedtime that night. Yay!
RecommendedBought my cat in when she ripped open her incision and they took us quickly. I spent more time driving there from Cruces than it took us to get seen. I have also brought my other cat here and had very good experiences on multiple occasions. Dr. Ellis is amazing!
RecommendedThey have more technology and ability than almost any other vet facilities in the area. Their veterinary staff is top tier in the area. My elderly cat had a breathing problem, these guys solved it, after getting a referral from my very capable regular vet. It costs more, but they earn it and are worth it.

RecommendedThey saw Casey the dog right away, were clear about treatment options and showed a real caring attitude. The price was not out of line and they presented options on that too. I very highly recommend the urgent care for animals on the west side. Oh and the time before they saw Casey for free because it didn't require much effort. THANK YOU Dr Mason!
