On July 26, 2025, we had a heartbreaking experience at the El Paso Animal Emergency Center that was made even worse by the way we were treated by a member of their staff. After the devastating loss of our beloved dog, we were met not with compassion, but with aggression and insensitivity from a nurse with blue hair and visible arm tattoos. They refused to refill my cats medication. He is being taking for at least 4 years I understand I have to take him but still refuse to refill for two days. So I can take him Friday. To prevent him from getting worse. No call to advise me about it either. They have being refilling it for at two years since they took over Abrigado animal clinic.
