TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

First time at Dave's Hot Chicken. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and w/fries and drink $14. Chicken Sandwich 4 out of 5. The "hot" spice didn't disappoint. Good flavor and got my nose running. Add the coleslaw and pickles to the sandwich, you will need it when you run out of chicken to go with the bread. Fries 4 out of 5. Seasoned well and crispy. Great food was to spicy for me but still greatly cooked service was great the interior was nice but a bit Messy

Food is delicious every time despite of the inconsistency of the spiciness. We never know how hot hot will be but we'll always enjoy it. Make sure you call ahead because they take their time but it's worth the wait! It is however pricey.

The chicken is good bussing cause i chicken but not the chicken even it alright i dont like the hot ones just the regular not the good

My order was a little too spicy for my taste - I got the second hottest. So I give it 3 stars. I'm sure I'll try it again another day. For me, it wasn't anything special. But of course, I'm not a hot chicken lover except for wings.
